Debbie and Virginia are co-founders of The Practice Source, a company that provides dental practice management consulting services, professional speaking,  and practical, results-oriented practice management training materials.

The Consulting U
In January of 2007, Debbie and Virginia launched a Masters Training Program, The Consulting U (TCU). TCU is an intensive, hands-on, training program developed for Dental Consultants and Office Managers and Practice Administrators, designed to give them the essential skills they need to actively and confidently work with Doctors to improve practice efficiency and profitability. Participants in The Consulting U have called the experience "the best career decision I have ever made."
